• Barn must be returned in its original condition; Cedar Lawn Farm reserves the right to charge for damages

• House rental available for an additional fee of $250 per night

• Liquor liability insurance required or vendor with liability must be on-site

• Rental hours: 9:00am - 11:00pm; any additional time over midnight will incur extra charges (cameras in operation)
