One-Day DIY Wedding Rental

No staff on-site for check-in or check-out
Detailed check-in and checkout video
Assistance available for major venue-related issues
Standard guest count of 150 guests or fewer
A refundable $700 security deposit is collected approximately 1–2 weeks before the wedding.
Written check or cash deposits are returned within 10 business days following the event, provided all rental requirements are met.

Cedar Lawn Farmhouse rental
A final venue meeting is scheduled approximately 1–2 weeks before the wedding to review layouts, timeline, vendors, and final details.
A refundable $500 security deposit is collected at this meeting.
Additional farmhouse nights without venue rental may be added for $600 per night, based on availability.

Cleaning Between Rental Days
Cedar Lawn Farm is professionally cleaned once before the couple’s initial check-in.
Cleaning is not included between rental days.
If the couple wants the venue cleaned or refreshed between rental days, additional cleaning is available for $150 per cleaning, basedon availability.
Farmhouse
The Cedar Lawn Farmhouse is included with The Weekend.Additional farmhouse nights without venue rental are $600 per night, based on availability.

This is only available on Sundays and is based on availability.

REHEARSAL DINNER AND WELCOME CELEBRATION
4 Hours | Up to 50 GuestsThis is available on Thursdays.
Fridays may be offered based on availability, but Friday Welcome Dinner reservations cannot be booked more than four months in advance.
Includes:
Cedar Lawn Farm venue use
Table and chair setup
Scheduled Wednesday vendor and décor drop-off
Indoor and outdoor gathering areas
Additional Hours: $200/hour
Cedar Lawn Farm staff are not included during this event.
The client is responsible for managing their event, vendors, cleanup, and checkout.
This package is specifically for rehearsal dinners and welcome celebrations and cannot be used for a wedding ceremony or wedding reception.
If we determine the property was actually used for a wedding celebration that should have been booked under another Cedar Lawn Farm package, the client will be charged the applicable package price. Any unpaid difference may be deducted from the security deposit, and the client remains responsible for any remaining balance.

Minimum Rental: $800Includes full Cedar Lawn Farm venue access for private celebrations.
Additional hours are $200/hour, based on availability.
Again, these rates are strictly for non-wedding events.
The Reception

Designed for couples who are hosting their ceremony elsewhere and want to celebrate their reception at Cedar Lawn Farm.
Includes:
8 consecutive hours of venue access
Access to the barn, social room, patio, and surrounding designated event areas
Use of Cedar Lawn Farm tables and chairs for up to 150 guests
Access to the bridal suite and groom’s room for personal belongings and touch-ups
Vendor access during your contracted rental time
Use of the bar area
Access to venue restrooms
Parking for guests and vendors
Use of Cedar Lawn Farm’s existing venue furniture and amenities
Reception must conclude no later than 11:00 PM
Rental Time
Your 8-hour rental period includes all decorating, vendor setup, guest arrival, reception time, cleanup, and load-out.
A typical reception rental may be scheduled from: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Earlier start times may be selected as long as the entire rental remains within the contracted 8-hour period.
Additional Hours
Need more time for decorating or vendor setup?
Additional venue access may be added for $200 per hour, subject to availability.
All receptions must still conclude by 11:00 PM.
Guest Count
The package includes seating for up to 150 guests using Cedar Lawn Farm’s existing tables and chairs.
Guest counts above 150 may require an alternate seating layout and additional fees.
Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted when served by a properly insured bartender who meets Cedar Lawn Farm’s alcohol requirements and all State of Kansas licensing requirements.
No self-service alcohol is permitted.
Décor
Couples are welcome to bring their own décor and vendors.
For couples wanting a fully styled reception, our sister company, Flourish Design and Decor, may be hired separately for florals, rentals, décor installation, styling, and additional event services.
House Rental
The Cedar Lawn Farm house may be added to your reception rental for $350 per night when booked with the venue.
House check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and checkout is at 12:00 PM.
Reserving Your Date
A signed contract and required booking deposit are needed to officially reserve your reception date.
