  • Yes! Cedar Lawn Farm does not require you to choose from an exclusive list of caterers, bar services, or rental companies (all vendors must have proper insurance)—one of our biggest perks, but all vend. That said, working with vendors who know the venue can make your event run more smoothly. We’re happy to share our list of trusted, experienced partners.

  • Yes. You may bring in a bartender of your choice with proper insurance, otherwise, you must provide liquor liability through the link below.

    Eventsured makes buying insurance for an event held at Cedar Lawn Farm easy.

  • Yes! Cedar Lawn Farm offers both.

    • Indoor: Main hall (up to 150 guests), stage area for head table, cake, gifts, or photo booth, plus a bar and social area.

    • Outdoor: 1,000 sq. ft. patio for mingling or dancing, plus picturesque grounds for ceremonies and photos.

  • Yes. Our incredible historic home, located on the property, is available to rent during your stay.

    Features include:

    • 4 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8 comfortably)

    • 3 bathrooms (including a main-floor suite with bed and bath)

    • Fully stocked kitchen

    • Washer, dryer, and ironing station

    • Wi-Fi

    • Outdoor grill and patio

    Ask us how to add accommodations to your wedding package. Special pricing available for 2- or 3-day stays.

  • Yes. Cleaning is included in your venue rental—we want you to focus on enjoying your day, not tidying up afterward.

  • Your deposit “locks in” your date—first come, first served. If you’re flexible, ask us about open dates that may be offered at reduced rates (see our Packages page for details). All deposits are non-refundable.

    In addition, a $1,000 refundable incidental deposit is charged to a credit card. Assuming no damage, this amount will be refunded within 14 days of your event.

  • Date Changes: If the Customer needs to change the event date, Cedar Lawn will make every effort to transfer reservations to the new date. The Customer acknowledges that any non-refundable and non-transferable expenses, including deposits and fees, are the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Customer also understands that last-minute changes may impact the quality of the event, and Cedar Lawn is not responsible for these compromises.

    Cancellations: If the Customer cancels the event, they must notify Cedar Lawn immediately in writing or by email. Upon cancellation, the Customer will be responsible for the following agreed-upon liquidated damages, which the parties agree are reasonable:

    • More than one year prior to event: Customer will receive 75% of their initial deposit.

    • Less than one year but more than six months prior to event: Customer will forfeit 50% of the entire deposit to Cedar Lawn as liquidated damages.

    • Less than six (6) months prior to event: Customer will forfeit 100% of the total rental fees to Cedar Lawn.

  • We kindly ask that you schedule a tour in advance, as our team is not on-site at all times.

  • No. Cedar Lawn Farm does not supply linens or dinnerware. They are available to rent through our vendor Flourish Design and Decor.

  • To reserve your date, please first review our availability and confirm that your preferred date is open. Then email us at eventsatcedarlawn@gmail.com to get started. We can set up a time to review the contract in person or send it to you by email. Please note: dates are only secured with a signed contract and deposit.

  • The Cedar Lawn Farm staff is available to help you with all your venue specific questions and needs. Please note that the Cedar Lawn Farm staff does not replace the need for additional vendors including but not limited to wedding planners, day of coordinator, decorator, florist, caterer, bus staff, DJ, emcee or photographer.

  • You get access to the venue starting at 9:00 am. No guests, family or vendors are able to access the venue prior to 9:00 am the day of the event.

  • Two weeks

  • Yes. Outside food and drink is permitted prior to the ceremony. It is not allowed after the start of the event. Please no drinks in glass

  • No. Fireworks are not permitted. This includes sparklers.

  • Yes, vehicles can be left overnight. We just ask that they are picked up first thing the next morning.

  • If you hire our sister company, Flourish Design and Decor, for your décor needs, we’ll handle the major cleanup tasks for you — including décor takedown, trash removal, table disassembly, and chair stacking.

    If you choose to decorate on your own, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

    1. Trash Disposal: Place all trash in the orange dumpster located northeast of the building.

    2. Tables: Stack all tables against the north wall.

    3. Chairs: Stack all chairs and return them to the south end of the stage, opposite the sound system.

    The venue team will take care of sweeping, mopping, and restroom cleaning. Please note: any trash left on the lawn or in the fridge will result in an additional fee.

    Overnight storage of items is not permitted unless you’ve added the optional Sunday cleanup and pickup service (available for Saturday events only).
