Amenities at Cedar Lawn Farm

  • Seating for up to 150 guests with a mix of rectangular and round tables, hammered bronze padded chairs, and 100 white folding chairs.

  • Bar or social area with table tops and stools.

  • Caterer’s kitchen with prep table, refrigerator, freezer, warming oven, sink, and microwave.

  • Stage area for cake, gifts, DJ or band, photo booth, or wedding party.

  • Speakers with microphone included.

  • 3,300 sq. ft. climate-controlled indoor space accommodating up to 150 guests.

  • 750 sq. ft. bar and social area, which can be made private for catering, set-up, or small functions.

  • 1,000 sq. ft. outdoor patio — perfect for cocktail hour or dancing.

  • Private bridal suite with hair and makeup stations and a refrigerator.

  • Private groomsmen lounge with TV, garment area, and a refrigerator .

  • Picturesque outdoor settings across the property, offering endless photo opportunities — engagement, rehearsal, first kiss, and family photos.

  • Easy access from I-70 via paved roads with ample parking.

  • When booking with Cedar Lawn Farm you have the free access to the property for engagement or family photos (photographer not included). Must be scheduled with the property manager.
